What I had for Dinner tonight

or Supper cos Supper sounds so nice and cozy, lol.

Rice drowned in Kimchi Jigae and Grilled Spicy Jalapeno Sausage (love these)!
I like to take soured, very well fermented Kimchi, saute it in a bit of Sesame Oil or melted Butter then add in the rest of the liquid it was sitting in, then bring it to a strong boil for about 15-20 minutes.  Koreans are also known to add in Bacon, Spam, Ham, Fresh Green Onions, Tofu, Anchovies…..

This is what I had for dessert.

I wouldn’t be a Squishy Monster if spicy Korean food wasn’t followed by Chocolatey Sweetness =D
These are Chocolate Cupcakes that can be whipped up in 20 minutes.  It doesn’t require Eggs, Oil, Butter or Sugar believe it or not and if I didn’t tell you, you’d probably never be able to tell!!  ((Don’t worry, I made up for it with the Chocolate Sauce and Ice Cream))
